Remembering Bill Hicks... Died 14 years ago today. A great comedian and a major influence on my comedy.
British Member of Parliament Stephen Pound said it best yesterday... "That this House notes with sadness of the death of Bill Hicks, on 26th February 1994, at the age of 32; recalls his assertion that his words would be a bullet in the heart of consumerism, capitalism and the American Dream; and mourns the passing of one of the few people who may be mentioned as being worth of inclusion with Lenny Bruce in any list of unflinching and painfully honest political philosophers."

Blade Runner Party '08!
Each of us are holding up a disc from the Blade Runner Final Cut dvd briefcase collector's edition or a toy from it. Left to right: Earl, Me, Stu, Jana, Kevin, John and Paris.
The Day I got the Blade Runner Final Cut 5 disc collector briefcase was the happiest day in my life. It came with EVERYTHING a Blade Runner geek, like myself, could ever ask for and more. With such a prize possession I HAD to have a party to celebrate. I sent out emails to all my fellow Blade Runner nerds, to places as far out past the shoulder of Orion, but my measly 24" screen simply wouldn't cut it. My friend Jana was gracious enough to host the fan-fest with her 50" hd flat screen with surround sound. My friend Stu provided the Ps3 player to view it in Blue Ray and my other friend Jon provided the know how to hook it all up. The night came together like the perfect genetics of a Nexus 6 replicant. We even had a Blade Runner Virgin. My friend Earl had never seen the movie, and when it was over we bombarded him with questions, asking if he thought Deckard was a replicant, the Unicorn Scene and so forth. It was such a good time it was decided to make it a yearly event. See you at Blade Runner Party '09!

I love, love LOVE my new car! I can't tell you what a joy it is to own a car built in this decade. No longer having to drive in the far right lane in case you break down. I have a working radio, an ac, a right front visor, power windows, power locks and truck, 5 cup holders for all my water, and so much more. I usedto get so annoyed with my brother when he would park his miata 10 spaces away from everyone at the mall and make us walk the extra distance to protect his baby. Now I TOTALLY understand what he goes through. I'm very picky about what cars I park next to (no junkers like my old one) and if theres space I'll park away from everyone. I'm getting car washes and waxes and special armoral for the dash and interior, and not to mention a microfiber cloth to wipe it down with. I've even thought about joining a new beetle club and go full on dork with it!

Every christmas I get a barage of postacrds with pictures of my friends kids on them. Ok fine. A couple times I got the "just gave birth holding the baby in the hospital bed" pic. Unneccesary and a little gross. Now My brother is having his first kid and I get this...
Seriously? a womb pic? For real? If it was xmas I bet it would look like this...
In the email it actually included a video of the fetus moving. When I have my first kid I'm going to have a video of my sperm traveling the urethra and send it to all my friends in revenge.

I have add Starbucks food and drink to my recent experiments. I am trying out the Turkey pesto baquette, and a iced tea lemonaide. The girl behind the counter convinced me to try the passion flavor. I'm a sucker for a girl in a hat.

My friend Jon got me this for xmas. I JUST got it now cuz I was on a comedy tour, but check it out!!! BLADE RUNNER collecters edition!! I've taken pictures as I opened it so you can be a part of history. (reposted from archives).
Five versions of the movie! Plus hours of documentary footage and interviews and commentaries. Theres something in my eye.. one sec... My favorite movie and it has everything and more in it. Even if I have kids this will still be the greatest day of my life. Thank you again, Jon!

Here it is! My first official blog on my website. I'm looking into you being able to make comments on every one. I'll be copying and pasting these on my myspace as well, but we'll see how long I do that before I can't be bothered. In the meantime here's a short film I directed and co-wrote. I'm quite porud of it actually. It's called "Walter the Werewolf".
